A well-established private dermatology practice located near Kirkland, Washington, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its experienced team. This opportunity has become available due to continued patient demand and practice growth.
The incoming physician will step into a busy, patient-ready schedule with the ability to shape their practice according to their interests and expertise.
Whether your passion is medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, cosmetics or a combination of all three, you'll have the autonomy to create a practice that aligns with your professional goals.
Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time position with a four-day workweek
- Flexible practice mix of general/medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology
- Established patient demand with immediate volume available
- Physician autonomy to tailor clinical focus and schedule
- Typical provider volume ranges from 3545 patients per day, with flexibility based on comfort level and desired practice style

- First-year guaranteed base salary
- Transition to a tiered percentage of collections model
- Realistic first-year income potential of $500,000$600,000+
